We do accept all returns graciously within 30 days of purchase for full refund Or Exchange Credit for equal or greater value on your next purchase within 30 days (Shipping Excluded)
If you are not satisfied with your readers and feel there is a technical error or manufacturing fault, kindly return your glasses (Shipping Excluded) within 30 days for inspection. It gives us the opportunity to make corrections and give valuable feedback to our extensive technical team. Our lenses are custom-cut and we can't accept exchanges for buyer errors (incorrect power, lens color etc.)
We manufacture each pair at Cheeterz Club with lots of love and care because we know they are individually curated by you to celebrate your individuality.
